While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we will communicate with you promptly and assist in tracking your order.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete to prevent delays. Loyalty Kofe is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
